I've heard of so called tools like RaceEVO ( www.dimsport.com ) which claim the work on Alfa ECU's like the ME7, alot of hack n jacks use a fancy hex editor called WinOLS ( EVC electronic - The Tools For Chiptuning ) and just guess the memory locations/values and scope.
